Sunset Coastal (“we”, “us”) runs shopsunsetcoastal.com. This policy explains what information we collect, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Order information: name, shipping and billing address, email, phone number (if given) and the items you buy.
- Payment information: payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
- Usage information: pages viewed, device and browser type, and cookies that keep your cart working and help us understand how the site is used.
- Messages: anything you send us by email or contact form.
How we use it
- To process, ship and track your orders and handle returns.
- To answer your questions and provide customer support.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure.
- To send marketing emails only if you’ve opted in. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
Who we share it with
We share only what’s needed to run the store: our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers (to make and deliver your order), payment processors, and our website host and order-management tools. We never sell your personal information.
Cookies
We use essential cookies for the cart and checkout, plus optional analytics cookies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though the cart may not work without essential cookies.
How long we keep it
We keep order records as long as required for tax, accounting and legal purposes. Other information is deleted when it’s no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or opt out of marketing at any time. Depending on where you live (for example California or the EU/UK), you may have additional rights. Email hello@shopsunsetcoastal.com and we’ll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our store isn’t directed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the latest version.
